Don’t Run. You Can’t Hide.

Don’t Run. You Can’t Hide.

In the still and silent morning, I heard God speak. Here is what He said.

“Please do not run. Do not run from Me. There is nowhere you can hide where I will not seek you out. I will find you. I will search for you because you are Mine.

“Your heart belongs to Me. I fashioned it with My own two hands. It cries out to Me with every beat, every thump, every pulsing rhythm. I designed it this way. Your heart is a beacon, leading Me back to you that you would never be lost. That I would always find you. Even in the darkest night. Even in the deepest depths. For where you go, I go. Where you stay, I stay. When you move, I move. I will follow you wherever you go.

“Don’t you understand? Every word of love you speak, I spoke it first to you. Every love song you’ve ever sung, I sang it first to you. Don’t you understand? Don’t you know, Beloved? Oh, if you only knew how much I love you. How much My heart breaks without you. The pain you feel–the longing, the loneliness, the abandonment. The crying, ripping, searing pain that breaks your chest wide open. Your pain of separation from Me is nothing compared to the gaping wound I suffer without you.

“Come back. Come back home to Me. Come back. Come home. To the garden and the tree.

“Re-turn to Me, Beloved. Turn back to the face to face. It is not too late. You are never too far gone. I am right here with you. I am right behind you. You simply must turn.”
